Principal's Message

Dear PS 310 Families, 

I would like to welcome you to our redesigned school website. My hope is that this website will serve to support our work, enhance our communication, and connect us as a community. As we enter this new phase in our school, my goal is to continue the tradition of high expectations for our students by exploring new ways to meet the needs of all students, promoting twenty-first century skills and more effectively partner with parents.

PS 310’s mission centers around providing students with interdisciplinary multimedia learning opportunities, recognizing the power of the home-school connection as a vital component to the success of our children; and developing our students as productive and thoughtful learners. Our goal is to have students become responsible, literate agents of a global society prepared to positively impact their community. Our collective efforts to achieve our goals will necessitate creativity, teamwork, flexibility, resilience, patience, and care. I firmly believe that this website will serve as a medium for achieving work ahead and is reflected in the words of Hellen Keller, “alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”
